starrysamKirishima woke up gasping, feeling trapped. He whimpered as the shadow surrounded him when he opened his eyes.
His body shook,eyes darting back and forth. Forcing himself to breathe, he lay in bed facing the ceiling.
The next morning, he got out of bed and dressed in his uniform.
He heard a 'Knock knock knock' at the door. "Hey, Shitty hair… let's get to school." Bakugou grumbled.
Kirishima took a minute to take a deep breath and then plastered on a smile.
Leaving his dorm, his hand entwining with Bakugou's he felt a little better.
School seemed to drag on and he found himself thinking back on his dream, momentarily shuddering. Realising he was in a classroom with his classmates prompted him to find the fake smile again.
At lunch, Mina smiled knowingly and pulled him aside to give him a hug. Kirishima hugged back, wanting to cry but couldn't.
